HD Hyundai Oilbank said the refinery company was opening the official online store for its fuel addictive “Hyundai Xteer Alpha” on the Naver’s Smart Store starting on March 24.

Hyundai Xteer Alpha is contributing to prolonging the life of the engine by removing noise and impurities from the inside.
It also has an effect of improving mileage by raising the engine’s combustion efficiency and improving engine output.
HD Hyundai Oilbank conducted a special online sales promotion campaign offering up to 50 percent discounts to mark the opening of the official online store for the fuel addictive from March 24 to 31.
The refinery company also held events to offer a variety of freebees, including HD Hyundai Oilbank mobile gas refuel coupons and 10,000-won Naver point coupons, targeting customers who wrote photo reviews.
A HD Hyundai Oilbank official said, “the online sales portion of the domestic fuel addictive market, jumping from 27 percent in 2021 to 43 percent last year, is expanding fast. With the opening of the online store, a variety of marketing activities are expected to be conducted.”
HD Hyundai Oilbank is Fuel Supplier of O-NE Superrace Championship for Seventh Straight Year
HD Hyundai Oilbank is participating as the sole fuel supplier of the 2025 O-NE Superrace Championship, the nation’s largest motor sports competition, the refinery company said on April 3.
Motor sports vehicles, requiring high performance and high engine output, are required to use premium gasoline with an Octane rating of 94 or above to prevent lower engine output.
The premium gasoline KAZEN, produced by HD Hyundai Oilbank with the Octane rating of 100, has been supplied to the championship for the past six years, proving its performance.
2025 O-NE Superrace Championship, which is hosted by CJ Group, is the nation’s largest superrace competition certified by the International Automobile Federation (FIA).
The opening day is slated for April 19 at Everland Speedway in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do.
The championship, which will last until November, consists of eight-class categories, including “Toyota Kazoo Racing 6000,” Class in which Korea’s top-tier racers are participating, and “GT4 Class,” a car racing competition among modified versions of the existing mass production cars.
On April 2, HD Hyundai Oilbank struck a deal at Superrace headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul, to supply fuel.
A HD Hyundai Oilbank said, “Premium gasoline has been supplied to individual racing teams, but KAZEN is the sole brand selected as the official fuel of the nation’s motor superrace championship, and general customers can enjoy the chance to experience the same performance of KAZEM at some 500 HD Hyundai Oilbank gas stations across the nation.”
HD Hyundai Oilbank Sees Super Premium Gas Sales Surpass 200,000 Barrels
Ultra KAZEN said cumulative sales of the super-premium gasoline “Ultra KAZEN” topped 200,000 barrels in three years since it was launched, the refinery company said on Feb. 16.
Ultra KAZEN, launched by Ultra KAZEN in 2001, is a product one grade higher than the premium gasoline KAZEN.
Ultra KAZEN has an Octane rating of 102, higher than other premium brand gasolines.
Gasolines with higher Octane ratings are classified as good fuels due to higher combustion efficiency rates.
The 200,000 barrels sold over three years is enough to fuel some 400,000 supercars.
Super premium gasoline outlines, which numbered 15 at the time of the launch of the brand, now number 62 outlets across the nation.
HD Hyundai Oilbank predicts that super-premium gasoline demand will continue to rise.
The reason is that homemade premium brand cars and luxury supercars are still in growth mode.
Korean-made premium brand car sales, standing at 66,000 units in 2016, doubled to some 130,00 units in 2024.
Luxury supercar sales jumped to 3,128 units in 2023, a 10-fold surge from 307 units in 2018.
An HD Hyundai Oilbank official said, “Consumers’ demand on premium products are on the rise, and we plan to expand them on a steady basis with a focus on high marketability.”
