Gyeongbuk Traffic Culture Training Institute (GTCTI) is a specialized educational organization, established to prevent traffic accidents and spread a safe traffic culture.
GTCTI President Park Soo-hyung said, “Unfortunately, Korea ranks higher among OECD member countries in terms of the traffic death rate,” he said in a statement.
“The world is changing each day in the wake of the 4th Industrial Revolution and metaverse, the reality is that our people’s traffic safety index does not catch up it, and we will devote ourself to establishing an advanced traffic environment by protecting provincial residents’ life and property and instilling human-oriented traffic awareness,” Park said.
