Hana Financial Group announced that it is intensively promoting the service of the ¡°Hana Happiness Dream Bus,¡± a portable total care solution introduced to improve financial accessibility and promote the welfare of senior citizens and marginalized communities.

Launched in earnest in March, the Hana Happiness Dream Bus is a project being pursued by Hana Financial Group as part of its inclusive finance initiative.

It is a field-oriented financial service where financial experts visit retirement communities, senior welfare centers, nursing facilities, and community centers for the elderly nationwide in a dedicated minibus to improve access for those who face difficulties with mobility and access to information.

In particular, Hana Happy Dream Bus is significant in that it has established a proactive service system, going beyond simply providing financial services, by visiting customers directly.

Through the Hana Happy Dream Bus, Hana Financial Group provides essential one-stop total care for senior citizens¡¯ lives, including one-on-one asset management consulting with experts; inheritance and gift counseling; education on preventing financial frauds such as voice phishing; non-financial care such as laughter therapy and health management; and AI digital financial service experiences.

Furthermore, the financial group plans to strengthen protection for the elderly at the group level by regularly putting on performances, giving lectures, and providing group training for senior citizens and marginalized groups across the country.

The Hana Happy Dream Bus employs retired executives and employees who serve as PB center managers and branch managers at Hana Bank.

Through this, it is expected that the accumulated know-how and expertise of financial professionals will naturally permeate the entire senior total care system, while realizing the social value of creating new jobs.

Korea is one of the fastest aging nations in the world. Although the asset size of the senior generation is increasing alongside the extension of average life expectancy, systematic support for the later stages of life remains insufficient.

Therefore, the Hana Happy Dream Bus is evaluated as a concrete example of financial social responsibility in that it practices inclusive finance by protecting financially vulnerable groups in structural blind spots.

Hana Financial Group established the ¡°Hana Happy Dream Team¡± in February to integrate the capabilities of its affiliates — including banking, securities, insurance, capital, and trust affiliates — into a single senior life solution to support customers¡¯ overall lives.

It plans to create a paradigm for senior finance that goes beyond profit-oriented financial services and focuses solely on giving customers benefits and making them happy.

Expansion of Hana Money Services

Hana Financial Group announced that three new companies — Hana Insurance, Finnq, and GLN International — have joined Hana Money, the financial group¡¯s flagship lifestyle financial platform.

With the addition of these three companies, Hana Money has expanded its functions as an integrated financial platform that encompasses the entire daily lives of customers, including existing core functions such as point accumulation and free currency exchange for travel.

Through this, customers can access lifestyle-oriented financial services such as foreign exchanges, payments, investments, insurance, and asset management all through a single app.

First of all, Hana Insurance¡¯s participation has enabled customers to conveniently sign up for various insurance policies while enjoying a wide array of promotions and benefits such as accumulating money for insurance.

In particular, its product lineup additionally included overseas travel insurance, golf insurance, and one-day (driver/automobile) insurance.

Thanks to the addition of Finnq, customers can use loan comparison services and comparison and recommendation services for online investment-linked financial products which have been designated as innovative financial services by the Financial Services Commission.

GLN International enhances convenience for overseas use by providing global QR payment and withdrawal services.

By linking with Travelogue¡¯s free foreign exchange services for 58 types of currencies, the company plans to set up an environment where users conveniently pay anywhere in the world using their smartphones only.
