In his New Year message he delivered at AmorePacific Group headquarters in Yongsan, Seoul, on Jan. 2, Chairman Suh Kyung-bae said, ¡°Let¡¯s make new attempts in the interests of customers, big and small, in the year 2020 and enjoy changes and innovate, and renew customer-orientation, the priority value that has never been changed amid changing environment conditions.¡±
AmorePacific Group plans to achieve management targets and a vision with a focus on core action strategies such as the strengthening of the competitiveness of each brand and realizing ¡°omni digital roof.¡±
The key point of strengthening the competitiveness of each brand is the releasing of ¡°innovative products.¡±
AmorePacific plans to release products to make them quite different from other companies¡¯ ones and heart-throbbing and build the standing of exclusive brands carrying their own storylines reflecting the spirit of the times.
Strengthening customer experiences is a new strategy that is expected to be in place in conformity of new distribution channels.
It is designed to recognize differences in factors to heart-throb customers who are mingling along with several generations and offer shopping content showing different personality and tastes through in-depth looks into data accumulated for a long period of time.
