Lotte E&C Accepting 1st Draft Subscription Applications for Sale of ‘Sosa Station Lotte Cattle The New-L’

Lotte E&C said on Dec. 4 the contractor was starting sales of “Sosa Station Lotte Cattle The New-L” in the area of 134, Sosabon-dong, Bucheon, Gyeonggi-do. 

Sosa Station Lotte Cattle The New-L will be located in walking distance from Sosa Station, a transfer station of subway No. 1 line and Seohae Line. The apartment complex is Lotte Castle’s first premium brand apartment in Busan with convenient transportation access.

A model unit will be built in Sangdong, Bucheon. Occupants are to move into the apartment complex in August 2027.

The apartment complex will consist of six apartments, each with 35 ground floors and three basement floors, to accommodate a combined 983 households. 

The floor space ranges from 59 sq. meters to 132 sq. meters. Occupants will have a wide choice opportunity: 176 households for 59 sq. meters in floor space, 263 households for 84 sq. meters, 327 households for 84 sq. meters, 130 households for 84 sq. meters, 55 households for 101 sq. meter ‘A type’, 28 households for 101 sq. meters ‘B type’ and four households for 132 sq. meter ‘P type.’ 

A special subscription lottery will be launched on Dec. 7. A first-round and a second-round draft lottery will be done on Dec. 8 and Dec. 11.
Winners will be announced on Dec. 15. Contracts will be completed from Dec. 26 until Dec. 29. 

People aged 19 or more and minors who live in Bucheon City or the Seoul metropolitan area will be qualified for the subscription. 

But if applicants compete in the same draft lottery round, residents in Bucheon City will take preference. 

Those who own one house or more will be given the first-round draft lottery status, since Sosa Station Lotte Cattle
 The New-L is located in non-speculation and non-subscription frenzy zones. 

Applications can be accepted regardless of repetitive wins and previous housing lottery wins. 

The apartment complex has excellent transportation access to all areas of Bucheon City through Gyeongin and Sosa roads, on top of Sosa Station, a transfer station of subway No. 1 and Sohae Line. 

It has easy access to the Seoul area via the first ring road of the Seoul metropolitan area, Gyeongin Expressway and 2nd Gyeongin Expressway. 

The apartment complex also has a good access to amenities, such as the Catholic University of Korea Bucheon St. Mary’s Hospital, Sosa Integrated Market, Hanaro Mart, HomePlus, E-mart, CGV, Lotte Cinema, Bucheon city Library and Bucheon Stadium. 

The apartment complex faces south, giving it outstanding natural light. It will have diverse auxiliary facilities, such as “Center Field” (central plaza), diverse themed gardens like “Green Feet Garden” and “Welcome Garden,” an outdoor playground and landscaped facilities. 

It will also have community facilities in the “Castlian Center,” such as “L-Dining,” “L-Lounge,” a fitness club, a coin washing room, an indoor golf club, a library, a book café, a guesthouse, a kids’ club, and a silver club. 

Noize buffers, with 30mm in thickness, compared to 10mm for general apartments, will be used to minimize noise and vibrations between floors. 

A Lotte E&C official said that not only prospective occupants in Bucheon, but also ones in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Incheon, are paying keen attention to the apartment complex due to its outstanding transportation access with Sosa Station, a double transfer station. 

The apartment complex is expected to have a good reception, since it has a future value with rich neighborhood development potential as Bucheon’s first Lotte Castle brand one.”
